Painting

We’ve been busy with some major house projects! First we moved our big girl to her own room. We let her pick wall colors and painted first. Here’s a peak at her striped wall. Intense right? Vibrant and bright just like my girl. When I get her room more situated I’ll add more pics. But right now it’s messy…

This was the color palate in the kid’s room when we moved in. The gray blue was also on the ceiling and it was a small room. The effect was a small dark cave with clashing colors. After painting pink in Drew’s room and faced with these blues all I could think was white! So we wiped the slate clean with bright fresh clean white all around in the boy’s room. He helped to paint and boy did he love it!

These painting projects have taken my spare time and creativity. But I’m very happy with the results! Now we’re on to bigger projects. Maybe tomorrow I’ll  reveal… something else.
