Blue Washcloth

For my last “Spring cleaning” washcloth for now, I chose this pretty vintage looking light blue color. The pattern reminds me some of ocean waves.img_4696

I do try not to whine about it, but the truth is that one of my least favorite household tasks is kitchen duty. It’s probably because it never ends. Having kids home all the time means lots of food consumption, dishes, and all. I try to be nice to myself and leave a pretty clean kitchen every night. And I also keep in mind what a wonderful fictional person said one time:

“In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun.”

Mary Poppins

My element of fun includes having some pretty dishcloths to wipe the tables and counters and whole world (feels like it) down with. I like to make my own and making them in bright colors also helps the house chores go better. Just curious (and trying to survive as a stay at home mom.) What do you all do to make the chores happier? Thanks in advance!

I love my new blue washcloth with all the other washcloths I made for this Spring.
