Aforementioned was the fact that I’ve got an abundance of green tomatoes this year. I’ve been researching what to make with them but the go-to recipe for green tomatoes seems to be fried. Here’s my list of green tomato recipes that look like fun. Do you have any favorite green tomato recipes? Or a vote for a recipe?
